Light and moist cake filled with homemade whipped cream frosting, homemade dulce de leche filling layer between gluten less almond flour cake layers. 

• Made with almond flour, which is gluten-free flour, high in protein and healthy fat content
• Moderately sweetened whipped cream filling with organic sugar and pure vanilla extract

Note: This cake is very gentle and soft due to the almond flour. Therefore, pop the cake in the freezer for about 10 mins prior to cutting and serving.
