• Gluten-free and unique dessert made of light, airy, crispy walnut meringue with cage-free egg whites (locally sourced eggs), organic sugar, layered with homemade dulce de leche (light caramel sauce) and pink chantilly cream (whipped cream with pure vanilla extract, beet powder and dragon fruit powder for pink color). Topped with fresh hand-sliced fruit (kiwi and raspberries)
• Note: Keep this cake refrigerated. We recommend consumption of this cake the same day since it contains fresh ingredients. It can be frozen and served as a frozen dessert
