Middle Eastern Honey Cake Mix ''Lekach'

Dark, honey-sweet with aromatic spices, called “lekach” and traditionally made for Jewish New Year. This is our favorite coffee cake. It smells and taste amazing given the abundance of honey and spices, it is soft and goes great with coffee or tea. Now available as a dry mix. 

INGREDIENTS: Unbleached flour, Espresso coffee, Organic sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Baking powder, Baking soda, Sea Salt
