• Gluten-free and unique dessert made of light, airy, crispy walnut meringue with cage-free egg whites (locally sourced eggs), organic sugar, layered with homemade dulce de leche (light caramel sauce) and chocolate cream. Topped with fresh raspberries (optional)
• Unique to Missouri and Southern IL the way we make it as of January 2024

Note: Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. We recommend consumption the same day as it contains fresh ingredients. It can be frozen and served as a frozen dessert. Not produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility. Contains nuts and may contain traces of peanuts. 

Note: this cake will exclude the red jelly-like heart in the middle and will be replaced with fruit. Fruit can be removed / replaced with another fruit.
