Dulce de Leche Walnut Gluten-Less Cake

Dulce de Leche Cake covered with dulce de leche or light whipped cream (white) and topped with ground walnuts. Layered with light whipped cream and dulce de leche. 

• Yellow cake made with pasture raised eggs, almond flour, pure vanilla extract, baking powder
• Almond flour is a gluten-free flour, high in protein and healthy fat content. 
• No other flour added
• We make the Dulce de Leche with butter, organic sugar and milk (homemade)

Note: This cake is very gentle and soft due to the almond flour. Therefore, if possible, pop the cake in the freezer for about 10 mins prior to cutting and serving.
