1 packet of dry mix to use in your overnight oat glass jar purchased from us or somewhere else. 

• DRY MIX packet of overnight protein oats
• INSTRUCTIONS what to add dairy or non-dairy milk, sweetener of choice, and your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, nut butter, chocolate chips, yogurt
• 18 grams of protein
• Organic Gluten-Free oats, Organic cacao powder that is natural and unprocessed, Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (no soy or artificial preservatives), chia-flax-hemp seed blend or just chia seeds (depends on availability), sea salt, a pinch of cinnamon
