Dulce de Leche Cake (GF Low Carb)

Dulce de Leche Cake covered and filled with dulce de leche buttercream and topped with ground walnuts

• Yellow cake made with pasture raised eggs and almond flour, which is a gluten-free flour high in protein and healthy fat content. No other flour added
• Dulce de Leche buttercream made with butter, organic sugar and dulce de leche

Not produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility. Contains nuts and may contain traces of peanuts. 

Please Note:  Allow the cake to sit at room temperature for about 2 hours before cutting and serving to let the buttercream soften. This will restore the smooth and creamy texture of the cake, enhancing the flavors and making the cake easier to slice.  Dulce de Leche Buttercream at room temperature melts in the mouth providing a rich and luxurious experience.
