Light, moist and elegant cake filled with and topped with homemade whipped cream frosting, topped with dark chocolate
- Made with almond flour, which is gluten-free flour high in protein and healthy fat content. No other flour added
- Moderately sweetened whipped cream filling with organic sugar and pure vanilla extract
- Topped with dark chocolate

- Yellow cake layers. Note: we can add natural food coloring to cake layers upon request (small fee applies). Mint will be excluded from the cake decoration when not available (off season)
Note: This cake is very gentle and soft due to the almond flour. Therefore, pop the cake in the freezer for about 10 mins prior to cutting and serving.
