• Gluten-free and unique dessert made of light, airy, crispy walnut meringue with cage-free egg whites (locally sourced eggs), organic sugar, layered with dulce de leche (light caramel sauce) and chantilly cream (whipped cream with pure vanilla extract). Topped with fresh hand-sliced fruit
• Our Dairy-Free Pavlova contains coconut cream: coconut whipped cream and dulce de leche. 100% made from scratch like all of our baked goods
• Unique to Missouri and Southern IL the way we make it as of January 2024

History: Pavlova cake was named after the famous Russian ballerina, Anna Pavlova.  It is a popular dessert in Australia and New Zealand, with both countries claiming to have invented it. It is believed to have been created in the 1920s to honor Anna Pavlova during her tours to these countries. Today, Pavlova is a beloved dessert that is enjoyed on special occasions and holidays around the world
